    Cornersville Elementary Career Day

    The 5th and 6th graders enjoyed visiting with 13 agencies and businesses today to learn about a variety of careers. The students enjoyed hands-on demonstrations and asked a lot of good questions!   • WES Chorus Earns 1st Place

    WES Chorus Earns 1st Place

    The Westhills Elementary Chorus recently traveled to Santa Claus, IN to compete in the Holiday World Music Festival. The chorus performed two selections, “Africa” and “Fly Away Home.” Under the direction of Mrs. Nora Toms, they won 1st place in their division. Congratulations!

  • Algebra 1 Competition Winner

    Algebra 1 Competition Winner

    Several students from Lewisburg Middle School competed in the Tennessee Mathematics Teachers Association (TMTA) Regional Math Competition on April 8th at UT-Southern. Middle and high schools from the area competed in the all-day event. Tavin Dunkleman, an 8th grader, won the Algebra 1 competition, beating out students from 8 high schools. He was recognized at the May Board of Education meeting for his accomplishment.
